Peggy uses her intuitive abilities to help clients move stuck energy in the body. She recognises the mind-body connection and that blocked emotions can result in physical manifestations including pain and illness. Using her compassionate, heart-centered counselling skills, and her unique intuitive gifts, she carefully listens and tunes into what is happening at the emotional and metaphysical level to help guide her clients through their own healing journey.
Drive to Help Others
Peggy has a strong desire to support others achieve true wellness. She decided to train with Patrice Krysztofiak to develop her abilities and has been mentoring and co-facilitating sessions with him throughout 2024. During a session, she creates a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your physical and mental health concerns. Through intuitive insight and energetic connection, she will gently tune into your body’s subtle cues, allowing her to identify energetic imbalances, blockages, or unresolved emotions that may be contributing to your suffering.
Transmuting Suffering
Perhaps you have tried affirmations, meditations and other self-guided coherence healing techniques and have seen small changes but have not been able to achieve the results you are looking for. Peggy firmly believes in the ability of people to heal themselves but that the healing journey should not be alone. When Peggy works with you, she taps into your own healing abilities, amplifies the energy and gently guides you to release what needs to be released. Once the underlying issues are identified, Peggy works with you to transmute the suffering at its core. This process may involve energetic clearing, somatic releasing, guided visualization, or other integrative healing modalities tailored to your unique needs.
Peggy’s goal is to empower you to take an active role in your own journey. Sometimes you have a lot of questions before or after an intuitive reading session and you need support with choosing the next steps. Peggy can help you with her unique gifts of reading the energies and channeling the guidance for your highest good.
